Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our Legal team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Intellectual Property Attorney in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with external counsel, clients, and various government agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of intellectual property matters, including deadlines, filings, and correspondence
- Stay updated on the latest developments in intellectual property law and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal with a focus on intellectual property law
- Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright laws and procedures
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using various legal databases and resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
